Presently, CleanServ, Inc. is providing facility services for over 5 million square feet of commercial property. CleanServ, Inc. is proud to be a member of Building Service Contractors Association International(BSCAI), a worldwide organization of over 3,000 companies in over 40 countries. Annually, BSCAI holds the largest maintenance trade show in the United States. CleanServ, Inc. actively participates by networking with suppliers and other industry professionals with the purpose of improving service to our clients.

CleanServ, Inc. utilizes a Total Quality Management approach to satisfy our customers. Experienced management and supervisors, along with trained professional cleaners ensure the highest level of overall service quality. We work with our customers to develop the schedule of services and staffing needs for each facility. Computer generated workload specifications detail the frequency of each task performed. Weekly management meetings as well as bi-weekly building audits track the overall service level.
